I am very impressed with Dr. Richard Joseph’s optometry office. My daughter has been complaining of headaches for months on end and we never thought her glasses could be the cause. The receptionist was very observant and asked my daughter if she had frequent headaches after hearing her complain. The staff did a visual field test for my daughter before her eye exam and informed the Doctor of the results before she went in with him! I am very impressed the staff took the intuitive to do what they could to help my daughter before her appointment. The results showed there were no visual field defects and the Doctor adjusted her prescription to better suit her needs. After receiving her new pair of glasses with the new prescription and the anti-glare coating my daughter’s headaches have disappeared!
